Journalist / Writer

Responsibilities/ Possible projects:

• Research appropriate publications and make suggestions who and how many should be targeted each year
  
• Travel to communities to conduct interviews with Kallari members
  
• Write stories about Kallari and its communities for publication in travel magazines, newspapers and professional journals
  
• Write and submit proposals to the above publications
  
• Establish and maintain good relations with editors on behalf of Kallari
  
• Contribute to quarterly Kallari newsletter
  
• Assistance in writing grant proposals
  
  Requirements:
  
  
• Min time: 2 months
  
• Qualifications and/or experience in writing and publishing articles
  
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
  
• Willingness to spend time in the communities in “rustic” conditions
  
• Ability to find and maintain relations with numerous publications
  
• Adaptability
